UNQUENCHABLE TIE ELIGIBILITY
There are currently 5 categories of milestone birthday tie awards
35 year
40 year
50 year
60 year
70 year
 
Eligibility criteria (Birthday Tie)
  • For each tie award category the same criteria applies:
  • A player must play a minimum of half the games in the season immediately prior to reaching his milestone age.
  • A player must play a minimum of half the games in the season of his milestone age.
  • A milestone birthday can occur before or at any stage of the season to satisfy eligibility for a tie to be awarded.
 
SPECIAL NOTES
Team management has a reserve discretionary power to grant eligibility for the awarding of a tie should special circumstances deserve consideration. Any decision after applying the reserve discretionary power must be unanimous.
The awarding of a milestone tie is recognition of a players’ commitment to the Unquenchables through playing in two successive seasons and satisfying the milestone age tie award eligibility criteria.

The Unquenchables, affectionately known as The Quenchies, is the premier Masters Grade Rugby Union side of Melbourne, Australia. We play social touch rugby every (almost) every Thursday night at Box Hill RUFC.
